Abstract. The appeal to the analysis of tutorial practice of an uneven-age class in which pupils set the purposes and project the educational movement, it is connected with relevance of transition to the mass individualized education. The author carries out the phenomenological analysis, allocating elements of an educational form for the practician of an individualization, the person self-navigator"s anthropopractices.
